Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

If you a resident of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost the return shipping. We are able to arrange this return shipping on your behalf, and deduct the cost from your refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order in full, any time up until it has been dispatched.

Your order will be refunded in full, as long as the goods have not already been dispatched.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item you can do so in its original unused condition and with original packaging within 14 days of the date you received it.

To enable us to exchange your purchase efficiently please enclose a covering note with your item stating the following:

  • Why it is being exchanged
  • What you want to exchange it for
  • The name the purchase was made in (Company Name and Contact Name)
  • Your email address and/or telephone number.
  • Date the purchase was made
  • Your invoice number

If there is an extra charge we will contact you to arrange payment.

If there is a partial refund we will contact you to arrange this.

Unless the item to be exchanged is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.

Faulty / Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrived damaged or faulty please contact us.

If your item is delivered damaged please contact us immediately. Damaged goods must be reported within 48h of receipt of delivery. If damage is noticed before signing for the item, do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you have the facility, some photographs of the damage upon immediately noticing are helpful.
